UASG 021A EAI: Evaluation of Major Email Software and Services (Part 1) EN

This document describes the Discovery and Analysis phase of the EAI Evaluation project. It provides project background, software selection criteria, a set of candidate software components for analysis, and a description of the procedure to use when executing the evaluation. Accompanying this document is a spreadsheet detailing the individual test cases and test data to use for the analysis. Finally, a pilot evaluation is proposed, including an estimate of the effort involved.
