UASG 021B EAI: Evaluation of Major Email Software and Services (Part 2) EN

This document follows UASG021A and describes the proof-of-concept phase of the EAI Evaluation project. It provides clarifications and improvements to the test criteria developed in the first phase of the project and reports on the execution of those tests against the set of email software and services. Accompanying this document are test execution reports for the evaluated software and services, a spreadsheet containing the revised test cases and input data to use for future analyses, and a template that can be used when reporting future results. Finally, refined estimates of the effort required to evaluate the various types of software and service identified by UASG021A are given. This document assumes familiarity with UASG021A, so readers are encouraged to review that document before continuing.
